Dumpling update

I've cooked a couple batches of the dumplings I made last week.  Pretty good.  Could use a bit more salt, I think, maybe even more garlic or sesame oil. But overall, very nice.

I boiled them in lightly salted water about 4 minutes, and served them with a dipping sauce of soy, brown rice vinegar, and sesame oil.  Mmmmmm, dumpring!
